As for this mod, the main reason I created it was because the vampire faction in the original game was severely underdeveloped and lacked any charm. I wanted to make the vampires a more viable option to side with, and made several checks to make sure Lucrezia becomes a vampire exclusive follower. All of her dialogues and features are tied to the player joining the vampires so undoing all those checks would be like creating a new mod.
I do consider turning her into a summonable thrall after you defeat the vampires in a future update though (since Serana is a necromancer after all). Like how you can summon the Dawnguard members as thralls in the current version. Cheers!
ETA: Uploaded ver.1.4, with contains the option to summon Harkon and Lucrezia as thralls for Dawnguard players after they defeat them both.
Aaaand I'm sold. This is one of those ideas that, once I read it, seriously makes me wonder why nobody has ever thought of this before. I'm downloading this the minute I'm home.
