I can't believe there's nothing like this on Nexus. I scoured both LE and SE. There really isn't! There could something buried inside a larger mod that's not tagged with the words "halter" or "dress", but I certainly haven't seen anything, and I think I've seen just about every piece of clothing on Nexus. So, I made my own. and here 'tis.
A slinky, risqué, backless, mermaid cut halter dress for CBBE curvy. Weight slider compatible. Craftable at a tanning rack. Comes in deep red crushed velvet and classic elegant black chiffon. Weighted for breast, butt, and belly physics. No requirements.
I would have liked to have made it purchasable at Radiant Raiment, but I didn't want to touch any vanilla records so that folks wouldn't have to worry about conflicts and making bashed patches or whatever flim flam. So, as such, the crafting ingredients don't make sense. It's not like there's velvet and chiffon resources in Skyrim, so it just takes a couple of linen wraps. Yup, two moldy, rough, moth-eaten, decaying, disgusting linen wraps from the dank depths of a crypt turn into plush, lush red velvet by scraping it with a knife. Just like in real life. :/
I do apologize for the clipping in the legs when moving. Weighting long skirts is a b*tch and half, and narrow ones even more so. I chose what is literally the worst and hardest kind of mesh to weight. Lol. For this kind of skirt In Skyrim, you can either have the fabric look pretty and smooth when moving, or you can eliminate all clipping. You can't do both. Period. At least, not without a ludicrously high poly mesh and insanely, unconscionably complex physics and collision with havok objects up the ass 'n' sh*t. Maybe flipping Rockstar Games can do it. I can't. This is the best I can do.
