Skyrim SE version available over here.

Adoptable Version

Adds a cute little brat child for you adopt. You can find her at Honorhall Orphanage, ready for immediate adoption. She'd make a great sister for Yumi.

Follower Version
Emily has grown tired of life in the orphanage and now wants to tag along with you on your adventures. Armed with her trusty bucket and broom, she's ready to thrash any foul dust bunnies or cobwebs that dare threaten the Dragonborn.

Note
: you have to craft her broom and bucket helmet at a forge, using any broom and bucket found in the game. Stats are equivalent to iron, and both can be
improved with firewood.

Class: Barbarian (there's just something about giving kids a warhammer that's hilarious)
Perks: Light Foot, and a few class-related ones. I forget which now.
Level: levels with player, 1-100
Location: Honorhall Orphanage
Voice Type: female child
Note: follower version requires Relationship Dialog Overhaul - RDO , otherwise she won't have any dialog options.

Install using a mod manager of your choice, or do it manually if you like living dangerously.

Brows: vanilla, I think. Don't remember.

Skintone: Leyenda Skin, by HeroedeLeyenda

Hair: KS Hairdos Renewal, by Kalilies

Bucket and broom: don't remember. Probably someone's shed. They probably want them back too.

Body: the dress she's wearing. No, seriously: the kid was born with a dress as a body. Doctors are still trying to figure out how that happened.

All pictures taken in Skyrim SE, at Elysium Estate. Dress texture is Rustic Clothing, by Gamwich. Don't remember what ENB I'm using anymore. That absolutely amazing and downright glorious sweetroll is from here.

FAQ:

Her weapon sucks!
It's a broom.

Her helmet sucks!
It's a bucket. It's made for holding things like water, or potatoes; not your child's brains.

But, dude, her weapon. For real...
It's a broom.
