That's an amazing mod! I am finally able to pass through the Whiterun Granite Hill border with the Touring Carriage.
Could it be possible to make it compatible with Live Another Life, as it was with the Hold Borders Consistency Patch, because NPCs get stuck in Shoal's Rest Farm.

Hmm, I hoped it was already, as there weren't any issues at Shoal's Rest this time when I tried it with LAL.

      Thank you for the reply.
I brought the load order of this mod before the LAL and it solved the problem.

This is a cool mod I didn't know I needed until I saw it ingame :D I found one minor issue: you've misplaced an aspen tree (0007173b), it ends up floating somewhere near Whiterun.

Damn that tree went on a bit of a journey, apparently it came from the Rift Nilheim cell...  I wonder if it was supposed to be deleted or moved...

Probably move it? :D It clips with the guard tower you've added there.

"We watched our borders and saw them shift like snakes, and saw you run around in it like the spirits of old, devoid of math, without your if-thens, succumbing to the Ever Now like slaves of the slim folly, stasis. Do not ask us where we were when the Aspen Broke, for, of all the world, only we truly know, and we might just show you how to break it again."

Awesome mod! Would love to see a patch for Dragon Bridge South Side, as I think the two would go well with each other.

Most Dragon Bridge South mods are already compatible, but I haven't specifically tested that one. Are some of the trees in the way?

There's a lot of clipping, seems like whole buildings are popped out of existence with banners hovering in air etc. A big mess I'd say, I could try getting some screenshots of it. But it's way more serious than trees.

Edit: From what I recall the old mod also had this conflict

So, I did some rearranging with my load order and it seems... fine?
I suppose that the issue isn't as urgent as I initially thought, but I suppose you could still look into these 2 mods just in case. I'd do that myself but I haven't learnt how to use CK yet.

Based on the description of that mod, it should work - my mod uses the existing levelled lists and outfits on the new NPCs, rather than editing or creating new outfits, and that mod suggests conflicts only occur with new outfits. So tentative yes. Let me know how you get on!

I already tested it and yes the imperial guard wear heavy armor although there is a slight problem, CWEO mod rename all imperials from imperial soldiers to Imperial Legionnaires but the imperial guarding the border still named imperial soldiers. I know this is not a big problem but damn i think i have OCD lol

I really enjoy the mod, it was helpful and did not cross over anything in my mod collection list which is 230 mods loaded at times:) You might want to add more lighting:) Thank you:)

Works quite nicely with the hold guard armor mod. No issues at all so far, thank you.
