In case you are still using this very cool mod with SE/AE (like I am), check out Runed Nordic Weapons (Replacer Version) for updated and improved meshes and texture that this uses.
OMG you know what, monster mod is my only mod for add huge content, i think i never saw half of content of this mod without THIS MOD, omg, omg, bandits become stuffed , strong and powerfull of magical environments , creatures and objects !!! dont know why works best ftm with mmo
honestly i only would make a rare chance to find rare weapon... but not making all containers full because after level 30 you already dont need anything... you got so much money and stuff that all resources are just useles!
This is arguably my favorite mod of all time. I've used it for years and it's made this game a breath of fresh air. Random loot instead of static, boring loot? Yes please. Barrels ACTUALLY have good things in them? Time to scavenge these mini-chests-- I mean barrels. Small chances of finding ebony or dragonscale armor at low levels in chests? Hell yeah. I never touch Smithing anyways.
I highly recommend this mod if you actually want that classic feeling of surprise, or want that moment when Bilbo finds Sting. Give it a go if you're on the fence.
Nice mod that works as intended. Despite the previous poster's experience, I've found weapons, armor, and everything else you could imagine in just about any container in the game. It offers great reward for lootaholics like me by keeping the looting experience varied and fun but I have begun to notice what should have been a predictable problem. With the addition of other loot and container adding mods such as More Interesting Loot for Skyrim, Hunterborn, Harvest Overhaul, and JK's Skyrim the volume of loot and gold acquired is becoming too much of a good thing. Even with Trade and Barter installed with merchant gold stock set to maximum, there isn't enough merchant gold to buy all my junk and I'm having to resort to dumping massive stashes of looted junk in caches (from Hunterborn) as I travel around. One trip to Falkskaar, with it's plethora of containers, could bury you in loot if you picked through everything.
In short, this mod adds a ridiculous amount of valuable, unleveled loot of every kind that will make players ridiculously wealthy in short order just by digging through rubbish barrels and food sacks in towns. It makes looting a lot of fun because you can find anything but it's also immersion-breaking, unrealistic and will leave you with more stuff than you know what to do with if you're the sort that can't stand to leave any valuable items behind.
I had my fun with it and I still endorse it because it works as intended but it's turning my game into a hoarding simulator! I may need an intervention soon or I'll end up dead in my player home buried under a collapsed pile of rusting daedric weapons, useless enchanted rings and moldy cheese wheels.
If you ever feel like letting your dragonborn take a break from adventuring, you can get the your market stall mod and sell the items yourself or whatever. I love looting, and selling the stuff myself, no third party deal. Adura's Merchant mod on steam is good to, you can have a shop in each of the main holds when you buy the house and set your housecarls or some added shopkeepers to run them for you.
I cannot find one single weapon using this mod. The barrels and chest are loaded with alchemy, coins, and ores. Am I missing something here? I just want to find one Bow or Sword with this mod. BTW is there any other mods like this?
