Really well done! Comprehensively laid out MCM, eminently handy for stealth detection, pets detecting threat, and very cool idea. Works with both Invested Magic and Summon More, Summon Well, and Forgotten Magic Redone mods. . . . . .
Picture this: you the necro/warlock with your crew crossing the tundra when a Revered dragon crosses the crest of the mountains......... uh-oh? Hell no! You turn and watch 5 revenants, 3 seekers, and two flame atronachs, your crew.....they're eyes all go from placid pale blue or calm pink to blood red........../grin ! Looks like lunch will be a picnic after all, sic'em fellas!
i was wondering about spid. i have spid to for some mod, maximum carnage i think. i saw this mod had a spid vers at sse. what is the advantage of using spid? better performance than scripts or something?
Nah, it's just a different approach to doing certain things. For example, if you want to add a spell to a certain Race, you'd normally have to add it directly to the Race, which would cause conflicts with other mods that also edit the Race. With SPID, you can assign it to that Race but without editing the record, so it's cleaner.
Yooo, this mod brought my thief character's first dungeon crawl to a whole other level! The final fight was intense - I had to stick to the shadows and rely on the glowing eyes in the dark to guide my attacks!
So great to even be able to customize different eye colors for whether an enemy is aggro'd or not. I made sure to shout-out this mod at the end of the video, and link here in the description. Many thanks!
Your mod is very cool and I hope that in the future you will make this mod specifically for players' eyes to light up like npc, have a good day. Once again, thank you.
It covers slaughterfish!? I actually downloaded a mod to disable those foul things, but in light of this... Well, the finned menace will just have to survive for the time being.
Mod looks really neat, but not only didn't it work for me but it also bugs the eyes of my character every once in a while, it looks like the eyeballs are gone. I can however temporary fix the eyebug by quicksaving and reloading at any point, or simply just use a recent save.
Disabling the mod still kept this bug happening, it isn't really anything crazy but it's still a little bothersome.
My bad! Apparently this glitch occurs whenever I use the invisibility spell, apologies, I haven't encountered this bug before and it just happened to take place right after I installed your mod. Since this was the only eye related mod I installed recently, I naturally thought it was an issue on this end.
This adds such a nice creepiness factor to so many creatures, my only wish is that I could make it so the light is larger - so as to make certain creatures have a larger illumination to them. Endorsed.
---Potentially dumb question, how hard would it be to get something akin to this to work on the player character? Because there def could be some fun to be had with having the player have glowing eyes that change color in combat.
There is a different between how the game handles monsters combat vs the player, so it would have to be a different implementation for it to work on the player itself.

Thanks, Johnnyskyrim!

edit; also just checked there are no file conflicts with this mod so that isn't the problem either
Also, when checking your download history for this mod, it says you haven't downloaded it. Are you trying to use the SE version in LE?
Is there a way to add support for the Cannibal Draugr mod since it causes the Solstheim Draugr to follow TES3's red eyes?
Can't wait for it and I hope you are able to get on it soon..! :)
