Added the soap from Dirt and Blood for InnKeepers

The soap is added directly in InnKeepers inventory so it's compatible with mods that change leveled list, but will be incompatible with mods that change the inventory from InnKeepers, but you can easely patch it using xEdit.
The use of Simple Inn Bath is recommended, and it's compatible with everything, including Inn Overhauls such as JK's etc.
Optional patch for More Soaps for Dirt and Blood.
