Thanks for porting the mod, with the low percentage which is a good thing in the long run because it would be annoying otherwisw. You can just about forgot that you have the mod until you get surprised by a ghost.
I heard about this mod a few years ago, in a thread on the Skyrim mods subreddit. As an LE player, I was so sad that I couldn't use it, since it seems like such a neat and eerie little detail, just the kind of thing I like adding to Skyrim. But now I can finally have my deathbell ghosts, and it feels like a little bit of my restless spirit is at peace.
