Eleven clusters of their top agents are rapidly approaching by land, sea and even by air.
They have resources to bribe citizens and supplies for the assassins expected in the second phase.
There cannot be a second phase! All of the advance forces must be eliminated.
These are stronger than their vanilla counterparts, including commanders, mages, archers and melee fighters.
I suspect you will enjoy terminating the scum of Nirn.
