Cute little house, with an Amazing view over my highly modified Whiterun! I have tons of followers in my game, and many houses for them to live. I debated about adding this one, since it is small... and would take up an ESP slot. And I was also looking at adding Dragonborn Order HQ just northeast of Honningbrew. So... I got a little crazy and merged both this one and the DO HQ into Amon's Lodge, and then updated my Whiterun NavMesh patch so that all 3 would continue to work with Elysium Estate, Skyfall Estate, Whiterun Mansion, and the Provincial Courier office! AND as a bonus, since I was updating the NavMesh, I also tweaked things in my game so that damn Nazeem stays off my Skyfall Estate property! Cutting Room Floor has him and Ahlam sleep at the added Wintersand Manor next door. Skyfall is my main player home where my 5 daughters live, and I hated seeing Nazeem anywhere near my home, and especially near my kids! So between the NavMesh tweaks and an additional AI Package for Nazeem, he stays on the road until he almost reaches Honningbrew, then turns for home.
So, back to your mod. As I write this, I think I will add some AI packages for some of my girls to visit your Mountainside Lodge. Probably 2 of them each day of the week, so each week 14 girls would head up to enjoy a little getaway and the nice view! Haha, or maybe... only 12 girls. I might reserve Saturday nights for me and Alex, who is my favorite girl of all. (She is the girl in the maroon (red) Celes Rogue armor in the images I uploaded. I am the guy with the long red hair and the backpack )

Although I do admit that the location, the view and the general LOOK of this dwelling is impressive, I must unfortunately state that the technical design of this house is absolutely dismal. There are no specific receptacles for any of your things other than perhaps weapons, armour and potions. If you're looking for a dedicated location for your scrolls, ingredients, jewels, crafting materials, dragon bones, etc., you will find none. I ended up having just to dump all my stuff into the large chest over in the corner. At this point, the only way to make this house fit for habitation would be to use Jaxonz mods to multiply your own containers and try to figure it out for yourself.
And the excuse that this place is too small for so many compartments and containers doesn't hold water. Vellamo, in Winterhold, is an absolutely TINY dwelling; so small you can just barely turn around inside. Yet this expertly designed dwelling has containers for absolutely everything you can imagine. Everything is designed to a level of genius that is truly astonishing. Vellamo is a true masterpiece of functionality. If this mod were designed along the same lines, I could recommend it. But it is not. Its design is not just poor but seriously flawed. As I've already said, the only redeeming quality about this mod is the view. And that just isn't enough for a busy dragonborn hauling home tons of loot that MUST be properly sorted so that later, specific objects may later be found again. Cannot recommend this mod for anything other than a pretty view, and you can get that from a crappy old tent perched on the top of any mountain.
Hi, dear author! Very beautiful house in deed! But please can you add a buyable house option (from Aventus Avenicci or directly by paying using some note on the wall)?
