This is a backport from SE. I can't provide much support as I don't own LE. As such, I only tested in SE. Plugin and meshes are converted to LE while textures are using DX's LE version. Screenshots were taken in SE by dianka33.

I just crafted full set and I noticed that this shield is only decoration xD
This mod is what I wanted.
