About this mod
Some attacks in the vanilla game do not scale with the WeaponSpeedMult stat. With Character Behaviors Enhanced this list is even bigger. This mod fixes that and makes all attacks scale with WeaponSpeedMult.

NOTE: This mod is now also integrated in Unofficial Character Behaviors Enhanced Patch. You don't need both (in fact you even shouldn't use both).
Fixes the missing WeaponSpeedMult scaling for a lot of attacks. For example sneak power attacks, sneak attacks with two handed weapons, unarmed power attacks, etc. Note that for unarmed attacks to scale with WeaponSpeedMult you still need to equip an 'unarmed weapon'. There are plenty mods out there which give you one.
Fixing this behavior requires to modify the behavior files, which makes it incompatible with FNIS. If it's not compatible with FNIS anyways might as well just make it for CBE. So there's no point to ask for a non CBE version to use with FNIS. It's simply not possible. If you want to use mods that require it you should check out Nemesis.
It's a really long list of attacks and I might have forgotten some. If you find any please let me know.
