I love housing mods that come with their own worldspace, which usually means a peaceful place to chill out. Thanks for hard work.
Small technical issue though - the Manor's interior cells (0DuskwoodManor, 0DuskwoodKitchen) are missing a proper location (XLCN) record, defining what type of cell it is. Many behaviour and outfit mods rely on that information, so no auto-relax and no outfit changing for the house interior. Please add a location with keywords like locTypeHouse or locTypePlayerHouse.
PS: Also would be nice to define the whole exterior region as town or settlement, so followers can roam freely on the island(s), similar to region around Whiterun stables for example.
