Ok. For those who want it to work with Hearthfire. Load this mod and Hearthfire as the master esm. Find BYOHHouseSatchel and open it. Add IngredientStoreScript in the Papyrus Script section, go to Properties and auto-fill both properties. Save and enjoy.
Just came back to leave some extra feedback, after using it for a while now, I can say it's still working as intended, without problems so far. It has become really helpful too, so thanks again for creating this mod.
I tested the satchel in breezehome and it works. Do you have any ingredients in your inventory? If not the "storing-message" does not show up. Or a mod overwrites the FORM-Base-Object "TreasAlchemySatchelRare" or a mod changed the Base-Object of the satchel in breezehome to a different Base-Object than "TreasAlchemySatchelRare".
Interesting, good idea, but I still prefer the design from Alchemy Ingredient Organization by Manilla Turtle: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8431

Worked for me, tried it in Breezehome and Anise Cabin too.
