In my case, I ran the game maxed out on all settings in 4K, with DLSS set to performance mode, using an RTX 4080 and a 7950X3D.
Without the mod: I was getting FPS between 65 and 90, with an average of around 80.
With the mod: FPS dropped to between 55 and 80, with an average of about 65.
This means around an 18.75% drop in average FPS. So, depending on your setup and settings, you might experience a similar drop. That said, you could probably optimize performance even further by lowering some of the graphic settings without a significant drop in visual quality.
It should work, but don't forget to add ray reconstruction lines to the modded SH2 Essentials Engine.ini file. [SystemSettings] r.NGX.DLSS.denoisermode=1 r.Lumen.Reflections.BilateralFilter=0 r.Lumen.Reflections.ScreenSpaceReconstruction=0 r.lumen.Reflections.Temporal=0 r.Shadow.Denoiser=0
This doesn't actually work unless you had the ray reconstruction DLL to the game's files. All this does is alter some of the settings for the lumen-based denoiser/filters used for reflections, which does indeed cause some changes to the appearance of reflections in-game.
