Update:
So, after uninstalling and trying to re-installing my mod, I noticed that I had forgotten to include a few files. Namely, the edited ones. Mod remade from scratch. Install as before, but also backup the following files: player_hk_combat_4.item, player_hk_combat_6.item and player_hk_combat_8.item
, all located in SRHK_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\HongKong\data\items

I really hope this works now. Sorry about the snafu

So, this is a really simple mod that changes the;
Refurb UCAS shock gear outfit to that of the Rigger starter outfit, and renames it to Refurb UCAS Tech gear
Ares Operative Gear outfit to that of the Samurai starter outfit, and renames it to Refurb UCAS Tactical gear
HKPF EOD suit outfit to that of the Adept starter outfit, and renames it to Refurb UCAS Assault gear

The icons are changed to that of the (former) Refurb UCAS shock gear. The starter icons didn't seem very fitting. No cost or other stats have been changed.
I never liked the higher-tier combat armours in the game, and the starter outfits were way too cool to be dropped so soon in the game. Now you can look stylish in black military armour without sacrificing, the armour!

This is probably not compatible with other mods (I don't use any myself) since it edits the manifest.mf.bytes file in HongKong.

How to install; backup the manifest.mf.bytes file located in SRHK_Data\StreamingAssets\ContentPacks\HongKong\data, then replace the original file with the one you downloaded. It should work with the original campaign and any other modules.
