I've read somewhere that removing the Spacer faction brakes the Ancient Evil events. Is that still the case? " leaving just Tribal factions and the Spacer faction (since it breaks Ancient Danger rooms to remove them)" (from Tribal Planet)
Removing Mechanoids might also cause issues if you eliminate all the hostile factions (since it won't have an enemy to spawn during raids)
