To use this mod you have to use a Chinese/TAIWAN/JPN Version of the game you can use the english version too but you gonna have to extract the PLD files, in TAIWAN JPN and Chinese ver you can find these files in data/pld just paste this mod there and replace, and then select SPECIAL 3.That's it enjoy the mod.
