Select the game to install click that then goto "I got my steam folder games folder"

u will click directx10+ accept the shaders and u have reshade installed click home ingame to open the menu
next u will download my reshade ini and the text file and place them in the same folder done, u will open up the reshade program and at the top where it says default preset u will goto the list and select mine Cinematic Realism Reshade.
And when u first install reshade after u hit home ingame there will be red bars, open them to get to the main menu
I'm finished the step where I open up the reshade app and select the Resident evil 2 app to install the reshade. I downloaded the V2 file in and text file but I don't know where exactly I need to place them. To be exact, here is the step I'm stuck on (my game won't open unless I open it before installing the reshade files).

I've done everything up to here. Here's two different outcome that I come across.
1. My game won't open at all after doing all the file installment. 2. If I open the game prior to installing the text and ini files with the reshade program, the presets within the in game doesn't have your selection for the option presets within the game.
tyvm spent several playthroughs adjusting these to look great on my 980gtx at the time, i have a 2080ti now with 4k so i plan on updating this mod for better visual quality for those settings still adjusting some things atm stay tuned.
Thanks for all the nice comments and the endorsements, im still playing this game with these reshades although i run in 4k on a new setup now so ive updated them a bit to fit better i might release them for 4k hdr setups with 2080s and 3080s
My screen looks really blurry after installing this preset. I haven't tweaked your .ini at all. I installed V1. Is there something I can do to adjust this?
V1 Disable depth haze, for some people it wont work right, and i noticed in a game i was playing last night it was getting real blurry and then stop might be a problem with how i set it all of a sudden will check out V1. gonna make a v4 a mix of v1 and v2 without dof stay tuned
First off u must install reshade first do that and see if ur game works then download my file and add it to the same place, if its blurry for u its cause ur graphics card probably cant handle the depth haze effect in one of the presets turn that off
