The lack of the world model of the laser sight as an item supports the notion that Capcom decided to not make the player use the base Hi Power and instead just have the laser sight already on it.
What happened was I was playing the game as usual, but the mentioned mod was disabled. I don't think that it is possible to have both so I believe I need to make a choice to either have one or the other.
Thank you for your appreciation.Funny thing is that your mod gave me the idea for this. Giving Leon a extended mag as present for a weapon that they couldn't know he uses fells allways a bit weird.

What it does: "Add the Actual H&K USP Handgun in RPD Safety Deposet Room Locker 103, for Both Runs Leon & Claire" and replaces the knife for a MUP in locker 103.

It makes sense, that Leon finds the service weapon of the RPD and some modification parts around the station, instead of mods for his very niché VP70.

Nice bonus feature:
Model replacements, such as my Beretta M9? won't conflict with this mod. At least not on DX 11.
But if anyone wants to test it first, feel free to let us know.
