retextures the black flat cap to be blacker and also makes all flat caps a shiny leather material.

The chaps replace the dark grey fringed chaps.

Makes the red ranch pants black leather. Also makes all of the clean ranch pants shiny leather

Be aware it has wierd red stuff on it sometimes. Idk which one this replaces in my head but its one of the black ones you'll find it

This is just an optional file if you want the chaps to replace the orange/grey chaps instead of the dark grey ones.
