This mod is a bit weird, many kids have a lighter color of hair the younger they are (I speak that from experience since my mother and her brothers all had a similar color of hair when they were young and today all of them have black hair).
So considering that RDR1 is set around 12 years after the base chapters and 4 years after the epilogue it's pretty obvious that this was the logic behind the slightly different colors. This is supported by the fact that his hair is even lighter in 1899 compared to 1907.
I'm sorry, I know it's off topic, but could you make Jack's hair black so there's no doubt that he's John's son, I just downloaded a mod for Arthur's brown hair and Jack's hair from rdr 1 and they are very similar, so I want Jack to be a little like his father!

Anyway if you still need help let me know I just wanted to show you this since it's quite easy and may help you in the future.

Young Clean Arthur actually is compatible with Red Dead Offline, he has a version that is completely compatible with Red Dead Offline, it's in the update files and it's called "YCA_JMRP_RDO"
