   Ask the experts, they say. So, you folks seem to have a good handle on the map editor. I keep having the game freeze when I try to save as a ymap, and I don't know why.  I can save a map as .xml, but the freeze happens 4 out of 5 times on ymap saves.  Any ideas?

       Don't save as ymap, most map editors don't even use the latest version, convert the file here https://redm.khzae.net/lambda2ymap/

      no problem! btw someone asked you to do the great plains railway in one of your mods and you said you might do it after you finish up the mexico stuff but i can do the great plains railway if you want

      I replied: whatever you think is best, at the moment I'm finishing escalera, then I'll continue the mexico railroad to the butter bridge, and then I'll try to make the rails on the great plains

      I just put one in front of the other, sometimes when glitch I reload the map, sorry for the delay I'm not at home.

       I put it saved even with the pop up and then I load the map, and it will load in the exact place I put it before, understand?

       sort of, so you save the map even if you stepped on the tracks and they pop up then load the map?

       mine don't pop up on rampage because i remove their collision in xml file

       I open the xml file with notepad and change Collision="true" to Collision="false"

       thanks so much! im about 1/4 of the way done the great plains railway so i was hoping i didnt have to delete everything i have so far
