Some GTX 1650 mobile versions has different shaders, pixel fillrate and texture fillrate. You may have a one with lower specs that makes it harder to reach the 60 FPS.

You may also have problems with your laptop e.g.: Lower RAM, Many processes using GPU in background, poor thermal solution, using on-screen programs and etc...

It may be that you didn't overclock your GTX like in the attached files.

At last. This mod was made for The 1650 version not the TI one. You can also tweak it at your own taste.

    Specs:
    AMD Ryzen 4600H
    GTX 1650
    16GB RAM 3200HMz

Game runs at 40fps, did the overclock, modified the Nvidia control panel settings and replaced the settings file yet it doesn't achieve 60fps.

Turning on FSR seems to increase FPS to about 50-60 fps

This mod was adjusted for intel CPUs. so, performance may differ with different CPUs.

as Natyori said, you can turn FSR on.

Please try to update the intel graphics driver or just try to prioritize your Nvidia GPU at performance mode.

P.S: You may not have the Nvidia driver installed, so try to check it first.

Good config, 60 fps in towns with small drops and also playing the game with mods.

Yes, But it's advised not to apply GPU overclocking as this was only tested for Laptop version

This mod only changes setting cfg files. This should work for both online and single player.

    My PC Specs are:

RYZEN 5 3500u (equivallent to Intel Core i5-8265U)
    GTX 1650, 4gb vram
    16gb ram

Will it give the same results for laptop?

I think it will give more because PC GPUs use more power than laptops. Just don't forget to apply GPU overclocking as mentioned in my description.

Note that overclocking without knowing the capabilities of your GPU may crash it or shorten it's life span. Do it at your own risk.

Yes it is, although not always 60 but it is pretty much stable. Just tested this and lowest fps i got is 52 which is pretty good. Benchmark test is also good, lowest is 48 in that snowy part and saint dennis, otherwise it runs perfectly 55-60. But i dont advise you to use this though because it is for performance and understandably graphic have been considerably lowered to achieve 60 fps, use "optimised setting for 2 gb graphic card" mod instead if you want a balanced experience. Also, you should consider upgrading your ram to 16 gb
