   I think this is an important step but before running the game everyone should open the file with Notepad and edit the last line where the graphics card name is, according to their gpu name

   Also (If you want) You can make the system.xml file "Read Only" by right clicking on the properties of the system.xml file 
   this prevents the game from changing the settings if you enter the graphics tab in the game.

   I don't have the Rockstar folders in my documents. What does that mean? Where do I put it? I bought the game in Epic Games so is it different?

    can you add the new fsr 2.0 into this file and update this here, i cant enable fsr on my pc and game crashes everytime i try to enable it
