Q: Is W.E.R.O compatible with PDO? A: Yes, but I don't recommend using PDO's Extended LML files as it can conflict with this mod
Q: What mod(s) can be used withW.E.R.O? A: All mods now work with W.E.R.O by downloading the compatibility patch for incompatible mods. You should face pretty much no compatibility issues with mods that use the weapons.ymt file
NOTE: Mods that use physicstasks.ymt are 100% incompatible and will conflict with W.E.R.O
Most Frequent Issue(s) (Not related to the mod):
Q: I installed W.E.R.O and the moment I shoot someone, they collapse and most likely die or turn into a stiff ragdoll. Any help? A: There are many ways on how I can provide a solution for this. These are:
1. If you have PDO, make sure it is not outdated and you have installed the correct version. The version of PDO for euphoria mods that I recommend and use is the Euphoria Compatible version with the STANDARD edition. If you encounter stiff ragdoll, then it's most likely your PDO configuration causing this issue cuz I have encountered this myself with throwing knives while using PDO
2. Remove any mods other than W.E.R.O that uses weapons.ymt. If this still occurs, try removing all mods (including script mods). If that issue doesn't happen anymore, then it's one of your installed mods causing this.
3. Make sure that you have the latest Lenny's Mod Loader. Unlikely that it will fix the issue, but it's worth a shot
If you still encounter this issue, then I don't know how to help you as I have hardly encountered this issue with euphoria mods.
Before you comment any questions or problems, please read this cuz I keep getting this like almost everytime:
When you have a gunplay mod and there is a compatibility patch for it, you put the priority over that instead of W.E.R.O in the LML Mod Manager and the compatibility patch file into the folder it belongs to, not W.E.R.O. You DON'T need to delete weapons.ymt from the W.E.R.O folder as it will be overwritten by the gunplay mod that you are using. Many people have been confused by this so I'm going to address this here since I don't have time to answer them. This goes for mods such as WhyEm's DLC, Maverick's weapons, 1899 firearms etc.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT W.E.R.O LOADS BEFORE YOUR PREFERRED GUNPLAY MOD (In Mod Manager, set your preferred gunplay mod below W.E.R.O) (MUST BE COMPATIBLE), OTHERWISE THE ADVANCED FEATURES WILL NOT WORK! (For incompatible mods, you download the "W.E.R.O Weapons.ymt compatibility patch for incompatible mods" file and put it to your LML folder).
So I have wero installed along with maverick weapons and the load order is correct I also installed the Maverick weapons patch and I'm on version.dll my only question is do I need the ACP?
Updated 3.5.5, it's great! Will we consider increasing longer burning response to NPC in the future, such as prolonging the time, similar to one of the functions of PED.
