place the speed.ini and speed.asi in your rdr2 root directory where rdr2.exe is located.
change the settings using the speed.ini or by pressing F1 and F2 in game.
F1 opens:
Walking Speed [Max: 2.5, Min: 0.1]
Running Speed [Max: 10.0, Min: 3.0]
F2 opens:
Horse Walking Speed [Max: 5.0, Min: 1.0]
Horse Running Speed [Max: 30.0, Min: 11.0]
Use Right Arrow/Numpad6, Left Arrow/Numpad4 to increase or decrease speed and Up Arrow/Numpad8, Down Arrow/Numpad2 to nevigate between options in the menu.
Swimming speed was not added because its unnecessary.
