Any mod that has an "install.xml" folder inside is to be put in in the LML folder, ASI's are meant to be in the game root folder or the "Red Dead Redemption 2" folder in steamapps.
But for your question, put the "-f*#@ That's Beautiful-" folder in LML.
Man even if it is obvious, You must always say something about installation. Doesnt have to be a full tutorial, but a tiny headsup like "use with LML" or something... said that loved the work.

The game looks a lot better in cutscenes, it has artificial lightning and all, maybe some1 here can answer: is it possible apply that to the real gameplay?
You're right, the cutscenes have artificial lighting which is what makes them look as good as they do compared to gameplay. There's not really a way to do this outside of cutscenes unless you invented an algorithm that can somehow predict the ideal lighting scenario for every single frame of gameplay in real time or something, which is a bit outlandish
