   Apologies but I'm a bit of a noob; I am downloading both files from here; do I need to download darkrock or redrock mods separately or just use yours ?

      both (Make sure it's the red rock version), and the merge here. make sure the merge is below them both in the load order.

   Amazing mod, it would've been awsome if you could make an other mod about Lemoyne as Georgia or Florida, or About New Austin as Texas etc.

   This mod looks impeccable, do you plan to extend this to other parts of the map or just keeping it to the heartlands?

      Only the Heartlands, it's really the only area in the main map that has the terrain for it.

      Drop the ''Utah_Heartland'' folder into your lml (Lenny's mod loader) folder. And done!
