   I have no Rampage and no Spooner file in my RDR2 where I can put the XML file ?

      the spooner is with the rampage trainer or sometimes you have to make it with the newer rampage trainers.
      you need a trainer anyways to get to guarma.

   Thaddeus Waxman is a politician and military officer who, at a time before 1899, had served as a U.S. Senator. He was best known for leading American troops to victory in Guarma during the Battle of San Juan Hill.
