HEALTH & STAMINA
Health has been reduced from 50 to 40. Recharge is extremely slow both in and out of combat, for both player and horse. Each health segment lost is critical and medicine is now essential for survival, adding a sense urgency to gunfights.
It then takes approximately 20 minutes of gameplay to recharge the entire health circle from scratch if you don't have any medicine.
Stamina will drain quickly while sprinting. It will also drain moderately during strenuous activity such as jogging, climbing or crouch running. You will need to slow down into a walk to engage recovery. Recharge is slower, which conveys a sense that long term endurance takes some time to recover. Arthur is no longer an unstoppable athlete and you may find yourself finally using Cocaine Gum.
Horse Stamina will drain quickly while sprinting/galloping, and will now drain lightly while jogging/cantering. You will need to slow down into a relaxed trot to engage recovery, and recharge is slower.
This compels the player to pay attention during long journeys and dangerous getaways, and you may find yourself finally using Horse Stimulant.
John can now swim with full functionality, but his stamina drains faster than Arthur's, representing his poor swimming skills. His health pool is now level with Arthur’s.
Legendary Animals have reduced health down from 850 to 450 so they are no longer extreme bullet sponges.
Regular NPC's are 70.
Injury Threshold for NPC health slightly increased, allowing for appropriate and realistic injury animations.
Enemies will now act like they are nursing a bullet to the shoulder.
DEADEYE
To Remove these changes, simply delete the playerspecialabilities file.

Deadeye slow-motion speed has been increased from 15% to 30%. This small change lends itself to a greater challenge and a more cinematic action experience.
Eagle Eye slow-motion speed has been increased from 40% to 70%. This prevents the player from almost 'pausing' the hunting experience and interrupting the flow of the game. Hunting tiny birds for example should now require faster decision making and sharper execution.
