Earlier in 2024 it was discovered that modded uncompressed textures, among other possible causes, were removing spawns across the game. Its obvious effects included missing pedestrians on St. Denis' trams, no chickens in Valentine, and rare animals becoming impossible to find.
I've taken the liberty of compressing textures from WickedHorseMan's 1899 Firearms - which seems to have fixed spawning issues for myself.
Textures were compressed to DXT5 (BC3). There is a noticeable quality loss; Files are about 18% of original size.
This install only includes the streamed files - you still need the mods from WickedHorseMan:

Installation:
Unzip, drag lml into base game folder. Overwrite all.
