Probably at least 60, because I get 85 on Xbox one X graphics settings. I know this is old. check the comment 2 ways done mikeywander for more accurate settings and check a Xbox One X Settings on PC YouTube vid. you'll probably get 78 fps average(not sure).

For those who are confused about that this does, it is a collection of graphical settings xml files (of which you need to choose ONE and place it in the location shown in the mod description). These settings mimic/closely resemble the XBOX ONE X graphical settings, which was figured out by the folks at Digital Foundry.
So literally all this will do is to set your graphics settings to XBOX equivalent.

Either this is a performance mod or its generally understood that the trailer is significantly(?) higher quality than the version pc has received.

One would "downgrade" to XBOX level graphics when one does not have the hardware to run everything on Ultra, 4K.

Nobody has the hardware to run it on Ultra Everything in 4K @60 SOLID fps lol. It's just simply not possible yet. It's still impossible to completely max out GTA 5 in 4K and get 60fps. I'm using an RTX 2080 Ti with an i7 8700 and I have to have the settings around mid range to get 60 fps, with the occasional dip. RDR2 is the new Crysis.

A highly optimized Crysis, I'd say. It runs really well on a range of systems. But yeah, it's max settings are insane. Single digits for me, but I'd say my system is definitely mid-range with a RX 580 with a Ryzen 5. But putting it max just to see is sure amazing. What a showcase this game is.

A technical showcase, it definitely is. But optimized? Far from it. The game is very poorly optimized.

that makes me feel so good - my pc likely cost less than your gpu and I can play rdr2 with the exact same settings and solid frame rate 60+ only diff 2k 32" instead of 4k but as said you likely paid 3k to 4k at least, me... maybe 1500, probably less. (i5 8600k, 1070ti, 16gb ddr4, 2k 32" monitor 1440p)
#feeling_smug the 20 series gpu's were such a rip off, 6+ times the price of my gpu with barely a 1/20th additional anything (.9/20 being ray tracing :)  )

Wrong. Xbox One X uses "Medium" SSAO, not High, Lighting quality at Medium, not Low, Volumetric Lighting Quality at Medium/High, not Low, Water Refraction Quality at High, not Medium, and Water Physics at 25% not 0%. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1iNSyvIPaY

Is this based on Digital Foundry's newest RDR2 video? They managed to double their frames without losing visual fidelity

No, all they did was set it to the equivalent of the XB1X settings.

for those who crash and have bug I'm responsible for nothing that it does not come from my mod I apply my for me I have no problem to report so your problem yours comes from yours config pc or yours windows in itself or your games (can be that data is corrupted games or windows itself)

or just software that conflicts with RDR2

on the internet full person is full of problems related to RDR2 she only random or repetitive crash and also strange bug

may be that the game may not be stable yet so be patient that Rockstar Games stabilized via update to example for Call of Duty Modern Warfare it was also the same and the devollopers stabilized it

    I7-3770, RX 580, 16GB, Windows 10 Home 64Bits 1909, Vulkan API, RDR2 + Driver + Windows is up to date
