Lol he is right, this mod is not realistic at all, did you ever rode a horse or factually checked how long and far they can run? Also Arthur is always exhausted with this mod, the fact he gets TB is enough already xD
Is there anyway to merge this with Kiddo's Health Stamina & Deadeye mod? I really like the new healing mechanics in that one, but want to keep the realistic NPC health this one offers.
Installed and testing, so far all good. Good to see that my horse is no longer a brutal beast and needs to relax. Will comment later on interaction with other mods. I like very much how you are looking to improve realism with your mods.
I wanted to edit the "pedhealth.meta" to make it so that horse stamina doesn't deplete when trotting, and player stamina doesn't deplete when running, since I like all the changes other than these two. How would I go about doing that?
I guess this could work instead of ped damage overhaul, or these 2 be used at the same time? I mean reading the description about some common changes I don't know if they could work or not
There is a very annoying and constant text on the screen that states the value of your current stamina. That needs to be fixed; otherwise, this is a great mod.

Thank you lexo1000, great and needed mod!
- All NPCs, including animals, now have adjusted health values that align with their size, toughness, and role in the game.
- Human enemies have health values between 70 and 100, depending on their level.
- Animal health is slightly reduced.
- Legendary animal health is greatly reduced; no more bullet sponges.
- The Injured and Critically Injured threshold values have been fine-tuned to create smoother and more linear transitions between the different states
And I know ped damage overhaul overwrites some health values in the .ini file and that's why I asked
