just put the saved outfits in "Red Dead Redemption 2\RampageFiles\Saved Outfits" and while in the game, at Rampage menu, load the one you like in wardrobe submenu.
Some bugs only mess the clothes mixing it, but you only need to refresh your suit options in rampage trainer, you DON't need to close the game.
