actually really good idea, i've always imagined deadeye as some sort of super adrenaline rush/concentration arthur gets, so having him be out of it after using it fits perfectly with my headcanon. wish i found this mod earlier!
Hi, thanks for creating this mod. Have you thought about creating one that allows you to use Dead Eye only if you are in first person? Or that forces you to go into first person when you use it.
Hey man, great mod! I hope in the future you could fix the bug when you can still use the deadeye without cooldown if you get into dead eye and only tap 1 shot (i mean without tagging), maybe you could make it that when someone enters deadeye no matter if you shoot or not the cooldown applies anyways, it's just a suggestion. Great work in this mod!
With the last version v1.1 it works that way, no matter if we shoot/tad or not, the cooldown starts. This is much better and makes more sense, in my opinion: if we activate dead eye, that means we have use it, so the cooldown starts whether we shoot or not.
The no tagging issue has been fixed, thanks! Still no ini to choose cooldown time, and there's still the issue when looking back [a mini dead eye effect flashes. This only happens with a controller, when we press R3 to look back. With the keyboard this does not happens and It works fine]
I mean the issue turtlepoke1015 commented on november 22. With the last version, now it doesn't matter if we don't tag or if we don't shoot while in dead eye, and also in those cases the cooldown starts (like in the old cooldown mod, and that's the way I like It).

Thanks for bringing this must-have mod back to live! I like a 1-2 minute cooldown, so really looking forward to that ini!
