I have got a question that some time the scenery in the distance becomes very blurry, for example each time it's blurry using my sniper scope. Is it possible because of mod conflicts or other problems?
If you haven't, download 6.0 - I adjusted the DOF so that you can use a scope without any issues. If you still aren't a fan of it, you can open the reshade menu and unselect ADOF.
I personally use the Depth of Field because I run a "hardcore" play style without any slowdowns for Deadeye, very low ammo limits and no HUD so the DOF adds to that during intense gunfights but it can be obnoxious if you aren't into it.
The over sharpening causes the artifacts in the hair to be more pronounced which is an eyesore, too much depth of field and exposure but otherwise pretty good preset.
Do you use 4K Ped and Horse hair and Hi Res hair? That helped with the hair issue for me. And yes, the DOF is a personal preference. I like how it looks when roaming and that it makes gunfights really difficult combined with low ammo limits and PDO. But turning it off shouldn't affect the overall look of the reshade.

I am also a fan of the "hardcore" play style, and tried mods like the no slow motion dead eye, low ammon, PDO, lose everything when dead, etc.
