Only 4 are done ; - First herborist challenge, from picking up the flowers to unlock their drawings on the map. - First hunter challenge, from skining 3 deer. I do not remember what from. - First shooter challenge, from shooting 3 birds in flight. Most likely from taking down Guarma birds for the completion. - First weapons challenge, from 3 knife takedown. From the stealth missions probably.
If it is not in the log then yes i suppose i had done them. Save from Chapter 1 to 6 were done last year, i don't remember exactly why i did, i only recently finished it. Dutch request may be done in Chapter 4 too, early or ending save, as i remember i could not have it trigger past the intro of the 4th chapter for some reason.

Those are tied to missions, you can not avoid them.
