    If the file isn't showing up in your mod manager, copy this text and paste it into the mod's install.xml.

    There's a duplicate of </Resource> preventing the mod from loading in the downloadable version.

    Is this fps heavy? I kind of wanna have it but at the same time not affect my game negatively.

      Just texture replacements and a few objects so it shouldn't be heavy at all.

      Every mod I make I'm using simultaneously pretty much, I've never made a mod that had impacted my game in any way fps wise

      I also still have npcs on trains so not sure why everyone blames streaming files on that
