To those asking or who definitely have enough mod experience under their belts to know, it absolutely requires LML. it is packaged as an install.xml in a subfolder with a game data file -- you can always verify this in advance on Nexus by clicking the Preview File Contents link underneath the download on the Files page.
Had an odd experience with a nighttime rain situation. The sky looked very blocky and pixilated the way old YouTube videos do, but in regular weather conditions the mod works and looks perfect. What could this be?
I can't seem to get the mod to alter the brightness at all, I have it in my LML folder and have check there are no conflicts, I even removed all my mods except for this just to be certain, I was testing it in a full moon is that still roughly as bright as vanilla
