Adjusts nights to be slightly more darker, made for a special someone.

First lets simply say, I know there are other dark night mods but some people have complained that they are a little bit TOO dark
I tried to focus on making it darker but still let you have the ability to use your eyes and not rely on something like a lantern or enemy gunfire
This mod WAS made for a certain person, it may not fit your taste
