Simple model swap to replace the neckerchief with the version tucked into the shirt

Replaces the model of the neckerchief when worn with just a shirt or a coat to the model from the Gunslinger outfit. WhyEm's has a feature that lets you do this but there aren't any standalone mods that have this so I figured I might as well do it.
Intended to be used with Permanent Gunslinger Shirt but technically doesn't require it
