Edited the lock settings, depends on your view on what actually Vanilla is. The Save file is pure besides the Tall Trees being unlocked. If you guys want a locked version, let me know.
I took care of the the most annoying and time consuming parts. Most players spent days trying to trigger those two requests. Also there's no reason for Tall Trees not to be accessible, since all the pinkertons are in the blackwater area and the forest is limiting visibility from Great Plains.
