Any plans on updating the mod still? its ashame as this mod is sorely needed on PC. because we should be able to increase memory related issues that console cannot.
one already exists, its called entity persistence for GTA V, i was only able to get it working by using the RAGEHOOK plugin however, a separate mod menu typically used for FiveM but setting it up just for the persistence mod is absolutely worth it.
This mod causes "Unknown Error FFFFFF" after a few hours of playing. I think this is because too many objects have to be loaded/tracked over time or something. It gets to the point that every time I start the game, a few seconds after the game loads, it crashes. It crashes every single time until I remove this mod.
I wish you would add something to disable in missions. I get duplicates anytime I die, which I understand it works like that, but it is problematic in missions.
Putting this here since it's not a bug, but this mod (and i've done plenty of testing and clean installs) conflicts with all no item glow mods, including the section of ped damage overhaul that turns off item glowing and Pixie's own no item glow mod. Don't know why, just does. Other than that, works fine, and PixieV makes pretty good mods.
I wish more modders and players explained in videos or even in words clearly how to deal with one game (like RDR2) in a precise way with a set of 5 10 15 20 mods and make it work and keep working, so sharing standard operations procedures so that all are educated on how to do stuff and the COMMUNITY GROWS.
not sure why exactly but i've tested it myself and glowing pickups worked fine until i added this mod, so it does seem to conflict. i'd love to use both mods at once, any idea on how to fix it?
horsedancingwithcrow dude, It's not that hard to do own research tbh.. basically if the mods use a file that has same name Blablabla.meta in both folders of the mod it might conflict. Or if its the .asi it might behave weird when the same mods focus simillar areas of the game, like guns and so on.. you might see some funky s#*! going on there too. Then it's just a matter of googling and reading posts/bug reports of the mods. I Have this mod and I use the "no glow" part of the PDO mod successfully. I run a s#*! ton of mods I can't count from my head, might be around 30+. My problem feels sometimes like some of the mods don't run properlly or don'T launch for a moment. Might be because of the number of mods or just a "version.dll" related problem. Point is, when modding a game it can break the game in many ways, it's just the matter of googling and troubleshooting. Did you check the .ini file of the PDO mod, did you set the value to "1" ?
