Not sure if you are aware but the version that is supposed restore the color change of the reticle isn't working. It does not change to red when hovering over enemies

The vanilla dot reticle seems to work fine for me though a cool idea I'd like to try out is a simple one that makes the reticle completely invisible except when it's over an enemy or destructible object like explosives or even bottles and stuff.

Awesome! Is it possible to have a version with a persistent reticle? To use with Quick Draw mods. It would be nice to know exactly where the shot will come out when you do a quick draw.
Your mod would be perfect with a persistent reticle, as it is minimally intrusive! When I want this feature I use Rampage, but it is horrible.

Have you tried the vanilla color version under optional? That might be what you're looking for as it keeps the color default!

Is it possible to edit the file with e.g. Notepad++ or any other editor to change the color or size myself, i don't wanna risk breaking anything cause I know RDR2 is pretty sensitive when it comes to stuff like that.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. You need a flash SWF decompiler and editor to edit the gfx file. I use JPEXS Flash Decompiler.
Then once you've edited it, you can just place in lml > stream.

Sorry if it isn't what you were asking for. Color change as in hovering over enemies?

It might take me a while to work on this as I'm trying to stop myself from doing requests until I finish my current project and other stuff like work. Hopefully, you understand.

When the weapon aims at the enemy within range, the crosshair turns red, which is the color change of the crosshair in the game itself.

Keeping the red coloring when the reticle hover over enemies would be awesome. I hope you will be able to make it. Thank you for your mod !

Keeping the color change when hovering enemies feature would be indeed pretty awesome, nonetheless, the other options are pretty good too. Thanks for the mod!

Would it be possible to make Rededrunk's Immersive Reticle w No Dot show up while in DeadEye? Currently it just completely vanishes, and can make it a bit hard to outright use the ability, especially when you enter a Duel, and wanna try disarming them, instead of killing them!

Not sure about this since there isn't a function to turn on or off the reticle during different states such as dead eye/dueling.

I gotcha, it's just a shame, cause I really enjoy the expanding circle as a crosshair / reticle, but having it completely vanish during deadeye makes it almost unusable sometimes

    Hey mate, Thankyou for this!

Sorry for Pestering you. But I was wondering, would it be Possible for a Version that Removes the Crosshair / Reticle Completely from the Screen When Aiming, But Keep the Hitmarkers?

There's a Mod that Removes the Crosshair / Reticle Completely already but I thought it would be really interesting if we could somehow keep the Hitmarkers!
I don't know how difficult this would be but thought I'd ask!

    Thanks mate :)
