      No, no inherent difference (because "black" and "white" are not sound biological categories; racial essentialism, in other words, is not a biological reality). But there are certain cultural and societal locutions that are associated with various different races.

    Does this work with Toast's restored ped pack?

      It should, but if the same YMTs are used in Toast's PED pack you could take them out

      I know in his metapeds and ambientpedmodelsets files it modifies the blackwater photographer and some other train station workers which is why i asked if this was compatible.

      Oh, I wasn't aware he modified the Blackwater photographer that way. The station workers should be fine I think, not 100% sure about the tailor but for the photographer you'd need to change him back to cs_blwphotographer.

      as far as i know, no, you don't really need to use it if you use my mod, my mod already has the train station workers in game with ambientpedmodelsets and scripts to swap the outfits in 1907

      You should use the 1907 one since in Vanilla Arthur can never interact with these shopkeepers
