    i always wished this game had a chihuahua.
    it could have been a nod to mexico, i have one myself.

    does this mod make the dogs spawn out in the wild? or do you have to spawn them yourself??

    Gorgeous breed! I once had one, a fighting character and intelligence! My favorite dog in the game now has a collar! Cool! Is it possible to increase its aggressiveness so that it does not run away from kicks and shots? Thanks!

      Well this file doesn't control anything like that. Having said this though people ask similar questions and I do remember reading files recently that had something to do similar to what you ask but I will keep an eye to see its just knowing the right files that effect what you need for the right result.

      edit: however, after restarting the game, the collar disappears, and in Rhodes there is a dog with a collar))

      Yes as mentioned it goes back to the default version, its how the files are set up and is the same I would believe with other dogs. Also yes the dog at Rhodes changes.

      I may be able to make a version to make 'Cain' the dog that appears at camp have a collar though, I'd have to test to see though.

      yes, but where can I find it after completing the story? you can call it with a trainer, but what model does Cain have?

      He works under his own spawn I think, so only appears during story but he's exactly the same as the main version without a collar you get in game anyway so spawning the Catahoula Cur is the same thing.

      Well the files don't work exactly like that, I could never add to Cain for example in the file only the main version listed first I could add too. I could be wrong with cain but I looked at the file and I can make good assumptions now to the point I know I didn't touch the part that affects him otherwise he'd change too in my testing. Believe me it takes a long time to get how the files work but even knowing all that each file can function slightly differently hence to make more online animal unlocks at the moment, I'm just a bit stuck between adding inaccurately or replacing accurately. Plus think of it as a spawn cycle were the main ones change in a pattern, different files have a bit of a different pattern it seems.

      Much respect friend for that I'm glad you like the mod too. This was a special one to me cause I know I'm the first or must be at least to do it and believe it or not I found this one first that inspired me to do the online animal unlocks. After learning what I have for them, I was then able to do this finally.

    How do you create these mods? Which tool do you use? I am curious about how mod development for Red Dead works. I am currently a C# Web developer, mostly focused on .Net Core. I have a lot of knowledge in the language.
