Looks pretty good, too bad the armor does not make them any more challenging than normal cops. Would be even better if the armor actually gave them some advantage in fights.
I can imagine these using exclusively pump-shotguns / other shotguns that can be fired more times before reload to push the player back...
Very good mod, but is it okay if you could somehow make this armor wearable for Arthur/ John? I would love to run around with a juggernaut suit shooting cops and other law enforcement agents
My goodness, what I would give for the functional armoured outfit to be useable in single-player as Arthur or John.

I imagine the issue is SP body vs Multiplayer generic Ped bodies? It probably doesn't all line up properly and would require a fair bit of work to get it actually looking/working at all with Arthur/John.
Not a dumb question at all lol, but it doesn't share any of the same files with that mod so it should work. I'll be trying it for myself to see if it does.
Yes totally, I just tried to keep them as original as possible but I'm sure most npc belts would work, what belt is it your after? I could check the belt first before telling you what to do to change it to make sure its done right and easier for you. There may be belts that don't fit right for them or clip but you've got better chance of a normal gun belt working for them and it should be straight forward if you have the name of the files of the gun belts your after to swap. All the juggernauts use the same gun belt so it would be easy to change them all at the same time by replacing the name of gunbelt in the file to one that you want.
It's possible and its what I started out trying to do, there is actually a couple of armors all with there own sort of problems. The body armor requires tints to be seen however that can be sorted and solved, the issues are clipping and the fact what your actually seeing is only part of the front armor and if Arthur wore it, it would just seem like its attached to him without any means unless you have the right coat for example on at the same time similar to the coats the juggernauts wear to sort of hide the fact it's only part armor as the rest doesn't exist. There is armor that is whole torso and is in fact in many sizes for MP female and male, for your character but I think the issue with them is that they clip and don't move right on at least John's body from what I can remember correctly. I don't think it's completely impossible but it's getting it to work in the right way. Of course there may be other ways but involve more work arounds. EDIT: Sorry you said vest I think so but I'd have to try it if you mean that.
I had a similar idea and did try adding I think a couple of badges but they didn't show up not sure if by mistake by me but I think they may of worked but you can't see them due to the armor. I could possibly be wrong and will definitely be trying again and it would be the next update for sure and U.S. Marshals badge, I like the way you think.
Turns out you can give them a Marshal badge but you can't see it under their coat collar, I only noticed when trying again and the ped moved their arm up in such a way to see it, I'll see if there's a way round it
Sorry for loads of replies but I've been successful in getting badges for them and not just that I found a much better version of a badge more suited for them and it's an online badge for an npc as well which is much better then I could of thought, will be updating mod soon.
