   Hello, thank you so much for sharing this. May I ask, is there a way to only have decreased fire rate and increased rate of weapon degradation?

      RDOffline, yes. Have this mod override RDOffline.
      RWR, NO. Pick this one or RWR. As well as a few other mods including "No Reticle Spread or Sway", "Maverick Weapons", "1899" and the like.
