May be a conflict or something but I'm not gonna use this anymore because after a bit ingame I will randomly not be able to walk in first person unless I hold shift, otherwise im stuck, I'd rather just toggle walk in vanilla
@kostas96b If you've used a control before you'd realise it's not comfortable at all to half hold an analog stick at 50%. Anything less than fully pressing it forward is going to be awkward to maintain because you have to hold constant perfect pressure to keep it where you want at 50%.
A more comfortable way to walk with the sticks it instead of holding the stick at half tilt just get your thumb underneath the analog stick and pushing forward just a bit. Harder to make turns but it's more comfortable for extended periods.
I'm still in the process of downloading the game, but I'm browsing/tracking mods that I'll want to use. I've played the game on XBOX already but wanted a more in-depth experience. Seeing a first-person walking mod almost brought a tear to my eye. 🤣🤣🤣 THANK YOU FOR THIS! 🙏🙏🙏
Any chance you could also fix the controller movement? Yeah you can walk by slightly pushing the stick but that's annoying and not really sustainable during normal gameplay (at least on a PS4 controller)

I installed the mod and it works properly but now in first person I just randomly crouch for like 1 second, but I don't know if this is caused by the mod or just the game
Hey, so nice mod, but there seem to be like a slight pause just before he starts walking or running. Like when pressing the w key, he sorta stutters or pauses half a second before he starts going. Now this is not a big deal when just walking around, but i can see this being troublesome in gunfights when you need to move instantly Is this just on my end or is this for everyone? Is there a way you can make it so that you can disable the mod in-game, when you are in gunfights etc?
Technically I could disable the mod during gunfights. However not everyone would like it unless walking during gunfights changes from the game itself regardless of how you play.

When on foot, I use the camera in first person, even using the controller, because in third person walking is too slow and jogging too fast. I wanted a mod that did the opposite. That made the movement in third person respond to the analog movement of the controller. This is an old problem with Rockstar games. The need to have a jogging button.
